The Body-Brain Connection

Every activity on this platform is mapped to its neurological, sensory, and emotional regulation benefits. Teachers can filter by what a child needs, not just what the curriculum requires.

Alerting

Increases energy and engagement. Recommended for low mood, flat affect, or disengagement. Includes running games, dance, and cardiovascular activities.

Calming

Soothes the nervous system. Recommended for anxiety, anger, or sensory overload. Includes yoga, sensory play, rhythmic activities, and deep pressure.

Organising

Helps the brain sequence, plan, and focus. Recommended for restlessness, transitions, or difficulty concentrating. Includes obstacle courses and structured games.
